From time to time CAVAL requires additional or specialist staff and we always check our files before advertising. So if you are looking for casual, part-time or full-time work and have cataloguing skills, or an interest in books or libraries, send us your CV and we will put you on file. Other skills we need are metadata creation, interlibrary loans, acquisitions, foreign languages and expertise in a variety of library systems.
We occasionally have need of unskilled people for despatch, end-processing and clerical tasks.
All foreign language applicants must, at the very least, have transliteration skills and experience.
