Please note:

  • CAVAL does not accept payment online. A tax invoice will be sent to your nominated billing address when the course is confirmed for delivery.
  • To facilitate the registration process, online courses are automatically assigned a generic date (31st December) and location: Victoria. When your registration for an online course is received by CAVAL, the relevant trainer(s) will contact you by telephone or email to discuss course commencement.

Terms and Conditions of Registration:
  • A CAVAL Course Confirmation letter will be sent to your nominated email address when the course for which you have registered is confirmed for delivery; generally no less than 28 calendar days from the scheduled course date.

  • The CAVAL Course Confirmation letter will confirm details of the course date/s and training times and provide information about the venue.

  • CAVAL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses in the event insufficient registrations are received or the course leader or venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the event a change of course venue becomes necessary, notification will be sent to your nominated email address no less than one day prior to the commencement of the course.

  • A CAVAL Tax Invoice for the advertised cost of this course will be sent to your nominated billing address when the course is confirmed for delivery.

  • If a valid Discount ID is not provided at time of registration, the cost of this course will be automatically invoiced at the advertised retail price.

  • Payment may be made by cheque, credit card or direct deposit.

  • A registrant may cancel their registration for a course without penalty up to 28 calendar days from the scheduled course date. Cancellations after this time will incur an administrative charge of 50% of the advertised retail price of the course.

  • Administrative charges may be waived in exceptional circumstances, on application in writing to the Training Manager.

  • Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellation up to the scheduled course date but CAVAL must be informed of the substitution prior to the commencement of the course.

  • In the event CAVAL is required to cancel or reschedule a course for which payment has already been received and substitution of dates or attendees is not convenient, a full refund will be paid.
